By accessing and using Pfitt, a product of Bir Singh Technology, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Pfitt is a workout tracking application that connects fitness trainers with their clients. The app serves two types of users:

• Trainers: Create and assign workouts to clients
• Clients: Complete assigned workouts and track progress

Both trainers and clients can view workout progress and analytics through the platform.

Subscription Plans and Billing

Pfitt operates on a subscription-based model for trainers:

• Free Tier: First client at no cost
• Paid Tier: Additional clients require a subscription fee

Subscription downgrades will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. Available subscription plans include monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and yearly options. All billing is processed securely.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Pfitt, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Respect other users and maintain professional conduct
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service

Health and Safety Disclaimer

Pfitt is a fitness tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Users should consult with healthcare professionals before beginning any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise from using our service.

Data Storage and Security

User data is securely stored using Firebase infrastructure. We do not sell, distribute, or share your personal data with third parties. All workout data, progress tracking, and account information are protected with industry-standard security measures.

Intellectual Property

The Pfitt service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Bir Singh Technology and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pfitt be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
